E Realty
offers the e-Seller’s Full Service Program to the sophisticated homeowner who
is willing and able to use today’s technology to their advantage in selling
their home. The program is suited
for the seller who understands the process of a real estate transaction and
realize that with today’s market conditions, most homes will sell quickly if
it is priced at fair market value. The
program offers full service seller representation for a $495.00 Marketing Fee +
1% commission (a minimum closing fee of $2,500 for properties which fall below a
$250,000 sales price). E Realty
understands that technology has become a major factor in servicing and
completing transactions, therefore, we recommend that sellers be able to have
access to voice mail, e-mail and facsimile capabilities for communications
purposes, contract negotiations and paperwork facilitation.
Fees:
$495.00 Marketing Fee paid to E Realty once listed
on the MLS.

Commission due to E Realty at the close of escrow for Seller representation. (A
minimum $2,500 Commission due to E Realty for properties which fall below a
$250,000 sales price.)

Commission due to Buyer’s Broker at the close of escrow.

Contract
Negotiation & Preparation.
Obtain
Pre-Qualification of Buyer’s Loan.
Coordination
of All Inspections (Including Home Inspection & Termite).
Coordination
of Appraisal.
Prepare
All Mandatory State & Federal Disclosure Forms.
