Fee for Service

  Fee for Service Real Estate allows you to save thousands of dollars in real estate fees. Fees that otherwise would have gone to your real estate broker if not for "fee for service".

How does fee for service work?
When you list your home on the Multiple Listings Service you would pay a nominal fee for the service.

My program is $495.97 flat fee for service that lists your home on the MLS.

Your fee is not due until after the service is rendered. Thus the term-fee for service.

Why Fee For Service?

This is unlike the traditional model of real estate which is a contingency model. That is you pay a % of the sale at the close of escrow.

This model will cost the owner of a million dollar house the $50,000 (at 5%) while the owner of a two hundred thousand dollar house pays only $10,000. 

For relatively the same work by the broker!

Fee for service solves this issue because it breaks down a brokers duties into a menu of services that are charged at an individual rate.

So many people will list with my company E Real Estate and Financial and then decide they want additional help with either their negotiating or close of escrow. 

So they will then be charged an additional fee for the additional services.

These clients find that fee for service is a very prudent and smart way of transacting real estate.
